The capsules work for me. I am able to get through most nights without a visit to the bathroom. I am still on my first bottle and have reordered. The only negative is that I seem to be waking up more with dry mouth some nights. Not every night though. I will continue to take the capsules and see how things go.
I’m really not sure how to gauge this product. If it is working it’s subtle. It’s easy to take every morning and the flavor doesn’t bother me. The flavor is very light and goes down easily. Since I started taking this along with the capsules, I do feel better and am able to sleep through the night without getting up to go to the bathroom most nights. Before I started taking Femetry I was getting up once or twice most nights.
I love it! I have been able to eat spicy food again when I take the pills as soon as I’m gonna start eating.
I’m on my first month and have noticed a little improvement.
I gave it a 3 rating because this is my first month and I have noticed a little bit of improvement.

D-mannose is great for reducing frequency of UTI’s and adding it to a probiotic to keep my bladder healthy is genius! I’m so grateful you can get Femetry 1 in a powder form, it really helps reduce the burden of pills you have to take.
Love all of the Femetry products! I honestly wish I had started them sooner.
