How does the monthly auto-ship subscription work?
If you elect to sign up for our monthly auto-ship program, you will automatically be shipped a 30-day supply each month at our discounted rate, with free shipping. You can cancel your monthly auto-shipment up to 5 days before order processing.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, and delivered within 3-5 days, Monday through Saturday, excluding holidays.

Here’s the criteria your purchase must meet to be eligible for a refund:

  • You must have purchased it directly from Femetry by LifeSeasons
  • Return requests must be submitted within 90 days of receiving the product
  • The item(s) must be in its original container (opened or unopened)
  • The item(s) AND the packing slip must be inside sturdy packaging
  • Final sale items are not eligible for a refund
  • Any shipping charges will not be refunded

Please keep in mind that after 90 days from the date of receipt, no returns will be permitted. If you try to return an item after this time period has passed, the item will be discarded, and no refund will be issued. Femetry reserves the right to verify information, request valid proof of purchase, and deny guarantee requests at our discretion in cases of suspected fraud or if we determine that the guarantee has been abused.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • If you no longer have the original payment method, you will receive your refund via check to the address we have for you on file.

Please allow 7-10 business days for us to receive the item. Once we receive the item, it will take 3-5 days for us to process the return and initiate the refund. When the return is accepted, we will issue the refund to your original method of payment. If you paid by check, please allow an additional 2-4 weeks for the payment to be mailed to you.
